City officials and designers outline multi-source funding strategy; council has $500,000 commitment, several grants pending

Staff asked council to consider matching funds for competitive grant scoring and said they will continue to apply to multiple sources and report back. "A lot of those (matches) are matching portions to grants that if you have a match, then you score higher," a city staff member said.
