Motion by Commissioner Corey Lundquist, second by Commissioner Troy Nelson, passed by roll-call vote with Commissioners Lee, Nelson, Spilde, Walls and Lundquist all voting aye. The board authorized Chairman Kyle Lee to sign the document.
The plat approval completes the county’s formal acceptance of the Jensen’s Pheasant Outback Addition for the recorded legal description cited in the resolution. "RESOLUTION # 2026-14," read during the meeting, memorializes the board's action and will be kept with county records.
