Airport plans October open house; $5,000 private donation to fund marketing

Calderwood also noted a private donation: "the $5000 donation from Ampyr Solar (Rick Hamilton) for the airport to use for marketing. The funds will be funneled through the Chamber of Commerce when the airport is ready to use them." The board directed staff to continue planning and outreach and to coordinate marketing timing with available funds and Chamber processes.
