Staff: conditional use approval will accompany design review to city council

Planning staff told the board the conditional use application was already approved at the commission level (February 17) and that both the CUP and the design review packet will be forwarded to city council for concurrent review.
Planning staff member Barb Williams told the board the conditional use application for the Val Nova wireless facility was recently approved by the PNC commission on February 17 and that the design review decision will be sent to city council at the same time.
"The conditional use application that just recently was approved by PNC, commission, February 17. So these the design review and the CUP are going to end up at city council at the same time," Williams said. She also reviewed the visual materials and explained that the staff report included relatively few additional conditions beyond those the applicant had already accepted.
