Judy Wagner, Co-chair, said the committee needs procurement clarity and "is going to follow up with Andrea about procurement." Brian Sodders said he would contact UMass colleagues who have managed campus lighting projects to get technical perspective and lessons learned. Committee members also said any purchase or ownership change would require subsequent discussion with the selectboard and the town administrator about financing options and governance of the assets.
