Staff and committee members discussed mitigations: allowing access once heavy work is complete, installing temporary crushed-fines connections if sidewalks are not yet poured, and coordinating separate contractors (Columbine Hills Concrete) to avoid crews stepping on each other. No formal penalties or contract changes were announced at the meeting.
