Missus Ross presented item 8a and said the SendSafely agreement had been approved in June but the contract was attached to the agenda this evening for execution. The board carried the motion to authorize the board president to execute the agreement.
The board then approved item 8b, a one‑year agreement to obtain Netrix Auditor for data security and access governance, with terms from July 27, 2026 through July 26, 2027 at a cost of $2,758.21. The administration described Netrix Auditor as a module designed to protect data stored in the organization’s on-premise systems. Finally, the board approved item 8c — an engagement agreement for specialized legal services that includes facilities and operations matters.
All three items were moved, seconded and carried by voice vote.
