The Flower Hill trustees adjusted routine calendar and administrative items at their Aug. 3 meeting.
The board moved the September meeting date to Sept. 8 to align vendor payments and avoid late fees. Trustees also passed a resolution declaring a 2010 Ford Escape SUV and two laptops surplus; the items will be processed under village surplus procedures. The board confirmed the annual Touch-a-Truck community event will run the weekend of Sept. 26–27 and said staff will firm up event logistics, including hours and planned equipment attractions for children.
These items were handled as part of the meeting's consent/administrative business; no fiscal changes beyond normal surplus procedures were approved at this time.
