Heidi Smith, public health nurse manager, informed commissioners she will request signatures on the memorandum of understanding between the Wyoming Department of Health Public Health Nursing and Sheridan County at the next meeting. "I will be formally requesting signatures on the MOU between the Wyoming Department of Health, Public Health Nursing and Sheridan County," she said, noting the agreement is largely unchanged and that funding for maternal and child health (MCH) shifted slightly between state general funds and TANF.
Smith said the county attorney had reviewed the draft and offered no comments. She asked whether there were any questions and said she would return to the board the following day for formal action.
