Committee sends $535,000 digger-derrick truck purchase to full council

Council Member Maxwell moved and Council Member Berger seconded a motion to forward the ordinance to the full council for three readings; the motion carried unanimously. Testa said the order would be encumbered at placement but not paid until delivery, and that some customization options were included in the budgeted amount.
