Denton board names 2026 officials, designates Pinnacle Bank as depository

The Village of Denton Board of Trustees completed its 2026 reorganizational business on Dec. 1, appointing Charlotte TeBrink as Clerk/Treasurer/Zoning Administrator and naming Bromm, Lindahl, Freeman-Caddy & Lausterer as the village attorney. The board also appointed Brian Friedrichsen of Olsson as street engineer and Ross Blackledge as Water/Sewer Operator; Amanda Fangmeier was named Emergency Management Coordinator and Joe Hobelman designated Floodplain Administrator.
The board moved, by a single omnibus motion, to make those appointments and to designate three official posting locations for public notices: the Denton Daily Double, the Denton Community Center, and the Denton Post Office. Trustees also appointed Pinnacle Bank as the village’s depository for FY 2025–26. Motions were seconded and recorded as carried.
