Leaders Education Foundation to host 'Empowered' with John O'Leary on Sept. 17

He also summarized the foundation's scholarship programs: collegiate scholarships and workforce-readiness awards for students attending TCAT community colleges, and a current cycle of classroom grant opportunities for teachers.
