Harvey County approves contract with Reno County Youth Services for juvenile detention services

Harvey County commissioners on Aug. 19 approved a contract with Reno County Youth Services for detention services. Becky Reimer moved to approve the contract; Commissioner Terry Scott seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
