The council reviewed and approved Resolution No. 25-11-12-36 to accept and execute an Airport Maintenance and Operations Grant Agreement with the Minnesota Department of Transportation (Agreement No. 1060334). The resolution authorizes the proper signing officers to execute the agreement and any amendments on behalf of the City of Long Prairie.
Council Member Krueger moved to approve the resolution; the motion was seconded by Council Member Schroeder and passed unanimously. City Administrator Candace Bruder’s name appears as an authorized signatory in the resolution documentation.
