Airport manager reports grant revision, paging upgrade and lease for ACARS system

He said the airport is negotiating with SkyWest and WYDOT to retain an extra afternoon flight given load factors around 75% in April and improving May numbers; parking activity appears to be primarily from Sheridan residents.
