Facilities reports: Colfax health remodel on track; Pullman flood reports pending; HVAC contract approved for Wawawai

Separately, the board approved a contract with Ackerman-Nolan Heating and Air Conditioning for HVAC installation at the Wawawai property. Commissioners recorded the approval as a carried motion; Facilities will schedule and execute the HVAC installation and provide timeline updates to the board.
