Trustee Judd Johns moved the agreement and Trustee Kevin Deshazo seconded; Trustees Joe Church, Kevin Deshazo, Jeryn Fletcher, Frank Groom and Judd Johns voted "Aye."
During discussion Trustee Judd Johns asked whether Sure Flow would perform after-hours dumping. A respondent identified in the transcript as "Mr. Clark" said "probably not very many, due to the cost." Trustee Johns also asked about truck capacity; Mike Carter of Sure Flow said the load would be "no more than 1600 gallons."
