Mayor Kris Wyatt told the council that OMAG will provide training on acoustic testing for sewer lines and a grant that will help acquire sewer-line cameras. The council voted to approve a Memorandum of Understanding with OMAG for the Sewer Line Rapid Assessment Tool Program (SL‑RAT).
The memorandum will enable staff training and facilitate use of grant resources to support sewer assessment work; council members voted by roll call to authorize the agreement. No dollar amount for equipment was specified in the minutes.
