Rowlett council approves $316,079 CDBG annual action plan and directs submission to HUD

Staff noted limits on public-facility investments tied to LMI census block groups and showed maps of eligible areas; council approved the resolution to adopt the annual action plan and authorized the city manager to execute required HUD documentation for submittal. "We actually noted that at the work session," staff said in response to council questions about maximizing federal dollars.
