The Clarksville Town Council considered an annexation request for three addresses on Potters Lane at its Feb. 17 meeting. Town Manager Beatty explained that Tony Henson petitioned to annex a 1.781-acre tract that would be divided into four single-family lots to be reviewed by the plan commission on March 4.
Manager Beatty said the petition was received on Jan. 8 and that, upon annexation, the property would be zoned single-family residential (R2) and placed in Town Council District 4. Staff requested council approval of Ordinance 2026 GO 6 to annex the property; a motion was made and seconded on the record and the item moved forward (first and second readings were recorded).
