Cayuga County Board of Health approves minutes, claims and routine orders

The Cayuga County Board of Health on March 24 approved its February 24, 2026 meeting minutes and accepted fiscal claims and credit-card statements presented by Fiscal Manager Rosalyn Fagan.
"Rosalyn reviewed the claims with warrant dates of 2/12/2026 and 2/26/2026 and credit card statements with dates of 1/29/2026 and 2/15/2026," the board record states. Dorothy Ainsworth moved to accept the claims and Dr. Leah Weinberg seconded; all members present voted in favor.
The board also voted to accept routine hearing and consent orders presented by Public Health Director Kathleen Cuddy for several establishments, including Terry’s Food Mart (Cato), Weedsport Convenience & Smoke Shop (Weedsport), Chili’s Bar and Grill (Auburn), Compass Group USA (Auburn Junior High Kitchen) and a Canzio Property at 67 Owasco Street, Apt. 1, Auburn.
Elane Daly moved to accept the hearing and consent orders and Ralph Battista seconded; the minutes record that "all other members in attendance were in favor." The meeting then proceeded to department updates and program reports.
