Commissioners agreed staff could accept a swatch or chip and either hold it for the Aug. 28 continued hearing or place the sample in the window sill and take a photograph to circulate to the commissioners. The commission set Friday, Aug. 28 at 3:00 p.m. as the continuation date and asked staff to add a condition for final color matching if the commission wanted staff to make the final call from the sample.
