Commission urged to avoid tinted glazing; frosting allowed for restroom privacy

The applicant and technical representative (Kent Hughes) said the bottom sashes of that restroom opening are already frosted and proposed matching the top panes so the unit reads uniformly. Commissioners asked whether interior blinds or coverings could provide privacy without exterior glazing changes; staff and a preservation consultant encouraged exploring interior solutions but acknowledged frosting the single restroom window could be acceptable if limited to that one opening.
