Union City council approves routine agenda items, adjourns and holds executive session

At the start of the Sept. 16 meeting the council approved the agenda (motion by Councilor Kerns, seconded by Councilor Steadman) and minutes from Aug. 27, 2024 (motion by Councilor Osborn, seconded by Councilor Kerns); both motions carried unanimously. Council also accepted the Secretary’s Report and ordered unpaid bills paid and approved those already paid.
The meeting adjourned at 6:50 p.m. Council then entered an executive session on real estate, personnel and contracts from 6:58 p.m. to 7:42 p.m.; the minutes state no action was taken in executive session.
