Minutes show multiple motions: "Motion by Hutchinson, seconded by Suonvieri, to approve of non-certified job descriptions: Administrative Assistant/MARSS/Community Education, Secretary/Accounts Payable, Business Manager/Payroll, Food Service Manager, Cafeteria Assistant, Snow Removal, Activities Director, School Nurse and Custodian. Motion carried by unanimous voice vote." Similarly, certified positions and clerical revisions were approved in separate unanimous motions.
The approvals also included substitute and Early Childhood Family Education teacher job descriptions; these were adopted without recorded opposition. The actions standardize role definitions and support hiring and substitution processes for the 2024–25 school year.
