The board agreed that all district staff will begin having annual performance reviews during the coming school year. The session noted that Principal Amanda Fjeld will continue to use the last Education Minnesota'approved Teacher Evaluation Plan for teachers until the union approves an updated evaluation plan.
No formal vote was recorded in the working session minutes; implementation tasks and scheduling will be coordinated by administration and reported back to the board as reviews commence.
