UN relays humanitarian coordinator's condemnation after deadly Ukrainian strikes

Farhan added that the Kyiv region was hardest hit, with at least 14 people killed overnight and more than 20 injured, and that search-and-rescue operations were ongoing. He said attacks damaged warehouses, a logistics enterprise and railway infrastructure and that national NGOs supported by UN agencies deployed mobile response teams to provide emergency shelter materials, psychological first aid, social support and humanitarian cash assistance.
