Council approves premises permit resolution for Long Prairie Hockey Association at Viva Bar

The resolution specifies that "charitable gambling will not begin until the Minnesota Gambling Control Board has issued a permit" for Premises Permit Application LG214. The council action replaces prior resolutions to reflect the state-requested changes and was recorded as adopted on Oct. 22, 2025.
