Nick also noted routine maintenance of pedestrian paths, that athletic-field prep with Del Conte's Landscape is on track and that sandbags are available in the courtyard at 10 per household. Commissioners thanked crews for rapid responses and asked about drainage and long-term irrigation planning in the context of potential dry summers and new state restrictions on nonfunctional turf.
