Board accepts resignations and approves multiple hires for 2026–27

The board also approved support personnel hires — Ken Zachary as Middle/High School In‑School Detention Monitor and Tracie Voorhees as Elementary School Paraprofessional — and approved Extra Duty/Coaching Assignments listed on Attachment C.
The board further approved hiring Christa Munguia as a long‑term substitute for the elementary special education position (with support‑employee contract pay set equal to the zero level certified salary schedule) and appointed Jan Yang as an adjunct teacher to teach Chinese as a World Language at the high school. All personnel actions recorded in the transcript passed by unanimous vote. The meeting record does not include employment contract terms beyond the pay note for the long‑term substitute.
