Commissioner Kevin Tanner moved to approve the minutes; Commissioner Brenda Chain seconded, and "all voted in favor of the motion."
Commissioner Brenda Chain then moved to approve the Regional Commission Area Aging contract, with Commissioner Kevin Tanner seconding and the board voting in favor. The votes were recorded as unanimous among the commissioners present; Commissioner Trae Kemp was noted as not able to attend.
