Supervisors clear manufactured-home placement for Coleman on Rocky Ford Road

A Clayton Homes representative (who identified herself as Tanya) described the home as a three-bedroom, two-bath double-wide with energy-efficient construction and several manufacturer warranties; she said a perk test and site work have been completed. The board opened the public hearing, heard the applicant's representative in support, closed the hearing, and approved the special exception with staff recommendations by voice vote.
