Councilmembers said the payroll allocation and revenue splits (sales and lodging taxes assumed partially attributable to concerts) need additional work. "This is a good start at looking at our 2025 numbers and using this as a template," staff said, adding that the amphitheater's original intent was not necessarily to be a profit center but that the town should know the facility's financial position.
