Board members repeatedly granted either no-fine standing orders with administrative fees when respondents remedied violations or imposed daily fines where properties remained in repeat noncompliance. For example, the board approved daily fines to continue until compliance in several repeat cases and recorded administrative costs (typically $53.50–$71) in many orders. The meeting also included several respondents who disputed the accuracy of individual notices or raised concerns about enforcement consistency.
