Three ballots fail to elect Cambria president/mayor after candidate interest statements

A second motion to elect Jim Manis produced votes of Mark-YES, Marshall-NO, Robby-YES, Robin-NO, Mike-YES and Suzzette-NO and likewise failed. A third motion to elect Scott Pellegrino resulted in Mark-YES, Marshall-NO, Robby-NO, Robin-NO, Mike-YES and Suzzette-NO and did not carry. The minutes record no further ballots or an appointment outcome.
