After an executive session on personnel matters, Trustee Marshall Brown moved to terminate the position of Police Chief P. Boss; Trustee Suzzette Coffey seconded the motion. The roll-call vote recorded three votes in favor (Marshall Brown, Robin Mcfarlin and Suzzette Coffey) and three opposing votes (Mike Ren, Robby Chitwood and Mark Phillips). President Ron Modglin cast a no vote and the motion did not carry.
