County approves radio core agreement, adds cybersecurity change order with Indianapolis

Cleaver emphasized additional capabilities and equipment in Indianapolis' facility and noted the agreement contains an 18-month opt-out clause. The board approved Cleaver's requested change order and agreement contingent on legal review by the county attorney, passing the motion by voice vote.
