The minutes record the vote as Yea: 6, Nay: 0.
Separately, the board approved a Board HB3 Monitoring Calendar with Board and Superintendent constraints. Linda Davis moved to approve the calendar and Diana Cruz seconded; the motion carried Yea: 6, Nay: 0. The minutes state that Corrections to Superintendent Constraint 3 will be made to read: "The superintendent shall not allow the number of D or F rated campuses to increase."
