Chair Collin Beachy called the Minneapolis Board of Education special meeting to order at 5:00 p.m. on Aug. 16, 2024, at the John B. Davis Educational Services Center. The clerk recorded six directors present and three absent; the meeting ran approximately seven minutes before adjournment.
Without objection, Chair Collin Beachy adjourned the meeting at 5:07 p.m. Minutes were submitted by Ryan Strack, Assistant to the Superintendent and Board, and the meeting materials and attachments (including three other resolutions and a resolution agreement with the U.S. Department of Education Office for Civil Rights) were posted to the board's public agenda site. The minutes were recorded as approved on Sept. 10, 2024.
