Village seeks capital asset inventory; ITV Appraisal requests details before proposal

Director Nick Gottwalt told the board he spoke with Mark Bobber of ITV Appraisal about conducting a Capital Asset Inventory & Reconciliation Service for the village on Aug. 27, 2025. ITV Appraisal has requested additional information from the village before providing a proposal.
Gottwalt said the type of services requested will determine the timeline for completion, and ITV indicated they most likely could get the village back on track by the end of 2025. No proposal was approved at the meeting; the item was recorded as old business and included in the consent agenda.
