Wolf moved and Tonder seconded to approve the levy certification as presented; the motion passed unanimously.
The minutes indicate the levy certification is preliminary and that the board may revisit the amount in December; no dollar amount for the levy was recorded in the minutes. The turf and track project remains under consideration pending further design and financing work.
