The Long Prairie‑Grey Eagle School Board unanimously approved the consent agenda at its Sept. 16 meeting, adopting minutes from Aug. 19 and authorizing routine bills and fund transfers. The minutes list multiple check runs (including FY24 and FY25 checks) and detailed fund-transfer entries for payroll, benefits and vendor payments.
The consent agenda included several personnel actions: multiple paraprofessional hires, coaching appointments across boys' and girls' programs, and acceptance of two resignations. The board also set the Truth in Taxation meeting for Dec. 16, 2024. The district's financial summary in the minutes reported a General Fund balance of $4,793,454.04 and a Debt Service Fund balance of $627,653.43. "Prewrite checks numbered to and including 21915-21923=$351,033.36" and other check-number ranges were recorded in the meeting file.
