ISD 622 authorizes certificates of election, directs clerk to deliver forms after contest period
Summary

The minutes list the four candidates to receive certificates as: Kito Yong; Noncy Livingston; Kotie Swor; and Chorlotte Nitordy. The board directed the clerk to deliver certificates to each person entitled to them personally or by certified mail after the time for contesting the election has passed and after the candidates file campaign-finance reports required by state law (the minutes cite the statute chapter as "2114"). The minutes also state the clerk will enclose a form of acceptance of office and an oath of office with each certificate.
