Board approves 2024–25 unaudited actuals report and adopts GANN limit

Dr. Randall also presented the revised GANN limit for 2024–25 and a projected limit for 2025–26. The Board approved Resolution R-25-44 adopting the GANN limit by a 5-0 voice vote (motion: Mrs. MacDonald; second: Mrs. Jellings). No dollar totals were included in the meeting minutes; the presentations were recorded as part of the public record for the Board's regular fiscal oversight.
Trustees thanked the Business Services team for preparation ahead of upcoming rating meetings and acknowledged external partners who assisted in the rating preparation work. The Board then moved on to other agenda items and later adjourned to closed session for personnel and other matters.
