Ms. Sara Niemala of Brady Martz presented the district's preliminary audited financial statements for the fiscal year ended June 30, 2025, reporting total revenues of $9,761,832.00 and total expenditures of $9,663,111.00. The audit showed the district's net position increased by $98,721.00 and closed the year with a net position of $2,479,091.00.
Motion by Karrin Lindow, second by Dave McGee, to approve the fiscal year 2025 audit was adopted; on a roll call vote all members present voted yes. Superintendent Seykora and Accounts Payable Clerk Tom Haldeman previously reviewed the financial reports referenced during the audit presentation. Board approval clears the preliminary audit for the district's records and public reporting obligations.
