"Motion to accept the consent agenda with the exception of the November 4, 2024 Special Board Meeting minutes.", a motion made by board member Gene Walker and seconded by Ernest Crowley, carried with a vote of Yea: 5, Nay: 0, Absent: 1. The board thus approved the listed administrative and purchasing items as presented in the consent agenda.
The consent approvals allow staff to proceed with the employee assistance program amendment and Region 10 cooperative purchasing for the 2025 school year; trustees did not reserve further discussion on these items during open session.
