Tangela Oliver moved, seconded by Renada Greer, “Recommend approving the purchase of playground equipment for Parrish School from Hutchinson Recreation through Sourcwell Purchasing Cooperative in the amount of $356,642.00.” The motion passed by roll call vote with Greer, Field, Cawthon, Major and Oliver voting yes; Ms. McHenry absent.
The administrative report noted the approval covers equipment only; site planning and demolition for installation will be handled by engineers and put out to bid separately for construction work.
