The board designated Adams MultiMedia – Plymouth Sun Sailor, Brooklyn Park Sun Post and Osseo/Maple Grove Press as official newspapers and authorized use of the district website as an alternative means of dissemination for solicitations, per Minn. Stat. 331A.03.
Other consent items set the federal micro-purchasing threshold for federal grants at $25,000, appointed LB Carlson, LLP (formerly Malloy, Montague, Karnowski, Radosevich & Co., P.A.) to perform the annual financial audit for the year ending June 30, 2026, authorized administration to execute grant applications and contracts under administrative procedure, and directed the Executive Director of Finance and Operations to approve State of Minnesota DNR permits or contracts on behalf of ISD 279 Osseo Area Schools. The board also authorized administration to submit review and comment to the State of Minnesota Department of Health for an abatement bond connected to the Crest View rebuild funding.
