The minutes list William Schmidt, Rory Roth, Kristin Papke, Teri Umbreit and Brent Stavig as present and note that Board Member Ken Lind was absent. Others in attendance were listed as Kerstin Quigley, Attorney Michael Ervin (Squires, Waldspurger & Mace) and Kevin Haugrud. The meeting packet and formal agenda items were adopted as presented before the board moved to a closed session later that evening.
