Items approved included field trip and gift action reports, personnel action reports, consultant agreements (Lewis Events LLC; Prismatic Magic LLC; Striking Viking Story Pirates LLC; California Weekly Explorer, Inc.), and multiple Expanded Learning Opportunity Program contract amendments across several schools.
The consent calendar also included approval of Sulphur Springs Union School District student calendars for 2025-2026 and 2026-2027, a proposal for materials testing and inspection services for the Mint Canyon Community School shade-structure project, approval of a Tremco infrared scan at Valley View Community School, and Sun Country Change Order #1 for the Mint Canyon shade structure project. The Board recorded no public objections during the meeting.
